ATAS - ACQUISITION OF TALENT THROUGH LINKED LEARNING OBJECTS
The general objective of the project, developed in conjunction with EMERGYA, is to create a technological solution that combines the search of talent (persons) and professional development opportunities (training), useful for the individual as well as companies.
To that end development is planned for a platform for matching professional profiles (CVs) and online courses (MOOC), applying semantic technologies for aggregating information.
The final result, which will be available near the end of 2015, will be to obtain a demonstrator that subsequently allows for the creation of a product designed for HR management. Furthermore, we will publish, as freeware, a series of components that will be re-used in other projects, such as:
- WYSIWYG CKEditor for DRUPAL with support of data enrichment (links to relevant entities)
- Component for OCR Text-recognition.
- Components for recommendation systems, etc.
